How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who contact Behalfisrael Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Report

You can write to us about:

• How a call or message with Behalfisrael Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Behalfisrael Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@behalfisrael.lat and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
